As we get closer to the 4th of July, you will see more and more checkpoints on the roads of PA.
Here are some of the checkpoints we have learned about so far:
Montgomery County
The Montgomery Township Regional DUI Enforcement Team will conduct Sobriety Checkpoint Operations and Roving DUI Patrols on Fridaythrough Sunday.
The checkpoints will be conducted on routes 309, 202, 463, 63, 313, 113, 611, Upper State Road and County Line Road.
York County
Between 6 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Sunday a roving DUI patrol will be launched in York County. Next weekend, both a sobriety checkpoint and roving DUI patrol will be held in York County. (Source: YDR)
Lancaster County
Between 6 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Sunday, a sobriety checkpoint will be conducted in Lancaster County. (Source: YDR)
Boaters please note: Officers with the state Fish and Boat Commission will be watching for people operating boats while intoxicated this weekend.
