Glen Neeley says:
Good interview. I have to agree. Many lawyers think DUI law is easy to do. Once I delved into it, I have never seen a more complicated area of the law that mixes many different areas of science and law. The DUI attorney has to be an expert in field sobriety tests, all aspects of breath testing, all aspects of blood testing, just fall short of a medical degree, a science degree, and a psychology degree. The DUI attorney has to know the technical witness’ material better than the material. The DUI attorney is on the front line where his client is crucified by the public, rights are shattered, and mistakes by the government are accepted along with junk science. I am grateful that Justin McShane and his firm is there to defend our rights.

Way to go Justin. As always your comments are insightful and right on the mark. People don’t realize how much is involved in defending DUI cases and here you make it clear that this is a complex field.
Great job with this blog too. It’s a great read and anyone in Pennsylvania who needs information on DUI laws should be following this.
