Every year The Legal Intelligencer selects Lawyers on the Fast Track, an award recognizing young lawyers from all across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who have emerged as leaders. This past week an awards dinner was held honoring the winners. This year Attorney Justin McShane was selected as a recipient for this prestigious award.
At the event, The Legal Intelligencer’s editor-in-chief Hank Grezlak explained the importance of the award and the competitive criteria used to select the winners. One of the many noteworthy things he mentioned that is worth repeating here is that despite all of the negative media out there about the struggles of young lawyers trying to establish their careers, the recipients of this award show that with hard work and innovative ideas leaders are still emerging.
