“You have the right to remain silent.”

As a defense attorney, I wish more people would exercise this right.  When the police arrest you they are looking for evidence to incriminate you.  By talking you are only giving them more chance to do that.

The law professor in this video goes into detail of why you should NEVER talk to the police.  Everyone should watch this video at least once in their lifetime.

So basically if you get arrested, lawyer up and shut up!
